Grape Variety: 100% Carignan
Good plus wine with ripe dark red fruit and black cherries over dusty dried herbs and green peppers. The medium minus tannins are grippy and with the medium minus acidity give good structure. The finish is medium plus due to the high fruit intensity. Drink now and for 3-4 years.
Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Good wine with black plum and ripe blackberry jam. The fruit has medium plus intensity and is very forward with touch of baking spice. The medium tannins are grippy and acidity is medium minus. The wine is drinking well now and will for 2-3 years.
