Grape Variety: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Syrah
Very good wine with concentrated ripe black and red berries over nicely integrated oak and touch of sweet spice. The medium plus tannins are grippy and balance the medium acidity giving good structure. The wine has medium fruit intensity and medium plus finish. Drinking now and will drink well for 7-8 years.
Grape Variety: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot
Outstanding wine with black current, black cherries, ripe black plums and sweet baking spice with notes of sweet dried herbs. The medium plus mature tannins and medium acid give great structure. This wine has great complexity and fruit concentration and will improve for 3-4 years then drink for 10 years.
