Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Very good plus wine with pica lemon and key lime over fresh cut garden herbs with a mineral note. The wine has good complexity and the fruit has medium plus concentration. The acidity is medium and balances the fruit giving a medium plus finish. Drink now and for 2-3 years.
Grape Varieties: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Carmenere, 5% Syrah, 3% Carignan, 2% Petit Verdot.
Outstanding wine with ripe black cherry and dark plums with baking spices. The oak is very well integrated with the tannic structure adding depth and elegance to the wine. The wine is very balanced and has great fruit intensity and concentration. Drinking now but will improve for 4-6 years then drink for a further 10 years.
Grape Variety: 100% Carignan
Very Good wine with mixed red and blue berry fruit and earthiness on the nose. The palate has elegant concentrated fruit and herbal notes, the oak is sweet and well integrated. The smooth tannins and 14.2% alc give a medium + finish.This wine is drinking well now and will drink for 5-7 years.
