Very good wine loaded with red fruit, ripe black cherries over baking spice, dried herbs and cocoa. The wine has medium tannins that are round and mature with medium minus acidity giving good structure. The fruit has medium plus intensity and good concentration. The finish is medium plus. Drink now and for 5-6 years.

Grape Variety: 54% Carménère, 46% Cabernet Sauvignon
Very good plus wine has ripe red berry fruit over green herbs, dried sage and baker’s spices. The medium tannins are round and mature. The fruit has good concentration. The wine has very good complexity and medium plus finish. Drink now and for 3-5 years.

Very good plus wine with dark plums over ripe red berries with cocoa, dried herbs and mineral notes. The tannins are grippy but mature and balance the medium acidity. The fruit is very concentrated and the wine has medium plus intensity. Drink now and for 3-5 years.

Terrunyo Carmenere 2007 Block 27 by Viña Concha y Toro
Grape Variety: 85% Carmenere, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, 2% Merlot
Outstanding wine with high intensity of sour black cherry, black raspberries, chocolate and savory black olives over fresh cut herbs. The ripe tannins are medium plus and acid is medium giving good structure. This is a very complex wine with a long finish. Drinking well now and for 6-7 years.
Red Vintage 2007 by Viña Leyda
Grape Variety: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Carmenere, 15% Syrah, 5% Cabernet Franc.
Good wine with mixed red berry and dark plums with baking spice, fresh herbs and touch of cigar box. The medium tannins are a bit green (but will reslve in time) and the the acid is medium minus. The fruit has good concentration. Drink now and for 3-4 years.

Grape Variety: 49% Syrah, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Carmenere
Very good plus wine with mixed ripe rashberry, red plums and mixed currents with cocoa and sweet baking spices. The fruit have medium plus intencity and great concentration. The wine has good balance and is well structured finishing medium plus. Drink now and for the next 5-6 years.
